I have never had a more enjoyable phone buying experience. Darrius from Verizon in Winter Garden Village was so very helpful from start to finish. I hate having to do all the back and forth when it comes to getting a new phone but this young man was phenomenal. Told him what I wanted and he found me the best deal based off of my account to get me in the range I wanted to be. I walked away with not only a new phone but a new case, glass protector, and portable battery pack! Thank you Darrius for the wonderful experience!

I have been phoning this store for 2 weeks.....everyday...and NO PERSON has ever picked up the phone....I have been kept on hold for up to a half hour, and I just give up. I am a new customer, so I need to get a plan for my iphone....but now I will just go to AT%T.....this has to be the worst customer service business I have ever encountered. Covid or not...the how must go on, and our phones are important devices.

absolutely worthless store. you wont allow customers to shop in store or talk about billing issues "because covid", absolutely BS. and what's up with the security guards, like your guarding some kind of state secret, absolutely waste of my time. dont waste your time here, go to AT&T next door

We have been at the store for 3 hours trying to purchase a new phone. In February we also were there for a new phone for 2 hours. S L O W service 🤯

I have always had a great experience here and the other day was no different! The whole staff was great but Jerrin (sorry unsure of spelling) got me in, set up and out quickly without any hiccups! Thanks so much!

They lied to me to get my money sold me accessories but my phone is not here yet! Ordered Saturday with 2 day shipping. They won’t even answer the phone at the store!! Very poor customer service!!! No follow through!
