I recommend the company but NOT the queen creek location. they are not helpful or knowledgeable and will cut sling load on you if you dont walk in wanting to spend over 1k in a phone. This location needs new management and new staff because the blond guy that looks like every bad guy in every movie ever "travis" is the worst salesman. he told us they no longer carried smart phones with removable batteries, which there were multiple online and $300 cheaper than the thousand plus dollar phones he was trying to sell us. we also... read more

Employees had a smart ass attitude with every question asked.
Coverage problems all over San Tan Valley and Queen Creek on 04/10/17. Called Customer Service to report the problem. It had been reported and technicians were analyzing the problem. No completion time available. Verizon Wireless is our only source of phone service but that might have to change after this incident. I hate landlines but a reliable phone source is necessary. Hope this is just a fluke and we can all get on with our comfortable lives.
For the love of God, tell Verizon to add coverage & capacity in and around the business district where you're located! From across the street where I sit writing this, 4G @ -104 is virtually unusable. It just might squeeze this review through. We'll see.
