October 13th UPDATE THIS STORE STILL REFUSES TO RETURN THE 2 RECALLED NOTE7 HAVE would not exchange 2 Note 7...for credit...we left T-Mobile and decided to go with Verizon all 7 of us received new phone...then a few days later the recall happened...the beginning of the end OUR DATA AFTER 6 DAYS RAN out...we loved our CC Rep...by the way. After 3 weeks we returned to T-Mobile and now Verizon will not return the Note 7 and all the Note 7 accessories we have!!!
Horrible customer service, waited 30 minutes before a representative even acknowledged I was there, and when I finally had someone assist me, the sales rep tried to talk me out of buying the phones I was interested in.
This store sucks!!! They take people before you. They lie to you. I had to make 2 trips back after I got my phone. Once to get my contacts and once to get my pictures. I called about my pictures and talked to some ride girl. She told me they do not guarantee that you get your pictures. And that I was basically SOL. My son went back this time. And low and behold they used the old method and I got my pictures. Why didn't they just do it the first time. Stay away !!!
Joshua Winn from this Verizon location was excellent!! He was great at helping my husband and I look for phones and gave use great information on the phones we were interested in. He took his time with use and didn't make use feel rushed . He was awesome with costumer service and we will request to see him every time we go in this store because of how well he treated us. Thank you Josh for giving us a great experience!! We love our new phones and our plan!!!
