Mislead on numerous things. This place is filled with crooks. Travel to tally for good customer service.
The service today with the shift manager was terrible. Have been there 6 times in the last week trying to get my grandson a phone that works. Friday when we were there the shift manager promised if it happened again he would make it right and today the one there damaged our phone and blocked us from getting it fixed without spending hundreds of dollars.
