I got bit 2x this year because the CSR did such a poor job in explaining things. I ask multiple times and I get promised that there are no more charges, that my upfront costs are it. Then my bill skyrockets the next month with charges that were 'supposedly' covered by the trade in.

Went into today because we couldn't get a new phone to activate and needed a different sim card. We checked in with Brenda and told 45 minutes. An hour came and went and people were getting served that came in after us. Finally said something and were told we weren't on the list. Either Brenda didn't bother to put us on or we were deleted because we weren't buying anything. CSR's just walked by us that whole time ignoring us. I went to verizon to upgrade my phone. I said I didn't care about anything transfering as long as I had all of my pictures and contacts. I noticed that not all of the pictures in Google + had downloaded and he told me oh it will finish downloading in awhile. He then factory reset my old phone and now the pictures never downloaded. I now have lost pictures of my sons first haircut and easter, along with many others . I can't get those back. Verizon just lost a long term customer that spends over $400.00 a month. All over the failure to give us both the discounted price on a phone because my wife isn't eligible to upgrade for two weeks. Guess we go shopping for a new provider!!!!
