We have been at the store for 3 hours trying to purchase a new phone. In February we also were there for a new phone for 2 hours. S L O W service 🤯

My wife and I just went in there to switch over our family which was going to be 6 phones and 1 tablet and they won't let us in together. How stupid can you be.SMH

Always adding more $$ to bill
Every time we come in the store it is always packed. There is a person checking people in and then walking around. People are in and out of the back and never helping the 10 people in line. It’s just very frustrating.
I had a phenomenal experience at the Verizon on 9th. Ed was my sales rep and it was an easy process. I normally hate having to upgrade my phone because the waiting and the pressure to buy all the extras....this time it was different. I got right in and Ed found me the best upgrade deal and I walked out with the extras I wanted because you could tell he believed in the product. Thanks!
Never a good experience there hence why we switched carriers. Waits too long customer service terrible they make things way too complicated!
Brendan helped us as soon as we walked in the store. He was very friendly, answered our questions, put a new screen protector on my phone and we walked away very satisfied. I would recommend this store to others. Thanks, Brendan!!!
