What a rip off this place is. My old phone broke, went and got new one and was told I had 14 days to trade if I wasn't happy, took it back 8 days later and was now told there is a $50 restocking charge to trade. Time to switch companys.

The phone number doesn't even work. I called and you get a menu, ie please press a number. But no matter what you push, it just repeats the same menu over and over.
Just don't do it.. I have had more bills screwed up because they have no idea what they are doing.. can't wait for my contracts to be up so I can go elsewhere!
Please read this before you go to Verizon in Mason City. When you trade in your phone do not let them manipulate you in thinking you have to purchase accessories. You can receive credit. The lied to us and stated we had to purchase accessories and gave us over $280 accessories and I was charged for it on my bill. Please when you think it is to good to be true it is. Avoid this store like the plague! I have been happy with my Verizon service, but any time I have walked into this store, I am either treated rudely or they don't do what they say they are going to do. Recently, they messed up the changes that I needed to make to my account to the point that Verizon has a hold on my account because it was suspected fraud. Verizon said there was nothing they could do to fix it, I would have to wait out the 72 hrs. My advise, find a different Verizon store to do your business with.
I love the people in the store, but starting to in general hate the phone company, bill just came out today and I get 4 calls within a 10 hour time span! I have a job too, and I don't need to constantly be silencing the calls so I can get my work done.
