Very poor and rude service at this Verizon store. My wife and I was treated very rude after we ask a simple question. We have several phones but due to the service from this store I doubt we will go back to that store. Salesman needs to be retrained on customer service.
The worst customer service ever! Please stay away
Admittedly, I am a low tech kinda guy and cringe at the thought of having to deal with a bunch of tech savvy types. But we had a great experience yesterday! We went in to upgrade my well worn iphone 5. We were greeted quickly and turned over to Kelsey. She is awesome! Not only did we get what I needed, I actually enjoyed the process!
Wish I could rate zero stars! Verizon is the worst company ever. Horrible phone/data service and customer service is a joke!
