Fine place to live overall, would rent again. That said, shady tactics, pressure to sign contracts which their leasing agents undercut over email. Had to assert my rights multiple times as a renter upon move out to (1) prevent them from renegotiating my move out date and (2) illegally collecting another month of rent. Once confronted, Veritas acknowledged the error but didn’t apologize, and still has not returned the illegally collected rent in over a month. I have lived here for almost 3 years now and I really love it. Very dog friendly, management is helpful and quick to respond, and maintenance staff are very kind and reliable.
Awesome place to live in Madison! I lived here for 2 years and never faced any issues. Maintenance requests were addressed quickly, and i even got my entire security deposit back :).
