I submitted a rental application for this property and paid the $20 application fee, but I haven’t received any response. The agent is not answering calls or messages. Could you please let me know whether my application was successful or not? I’m unsure what the issue is and would really appreciate it if you could clarify the situation for me.

Great apartment option for living in downtown Madison. I’ve really enjoyed being walking distance to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. There’s also a grocery store two blocks away. The staff at Veritas is very responsive and friendly. All of our requests have been taken care of quickly and they really maintain a great community here. Totally recommend this apartment building to anyone looking in the area.

I’m actually really sad to leave. I’ve rented here for over two years, and the location is perfect - you’re like a 10 min walk from the square and State St, you’re a 3 min walk to multiple trails and parks, you’re not even a block from the grocery store, I truly walk everywhere. The prices here are super reasonable for downtown living, and most importantly, they don’t nickel and dime you. I’ve never paid anything other than my rent and deposit. Great place to live in Madison! Management is thorough, professional, responds promptly to questions or concerns, and maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner. A grocery store, a park, and tennis courts are directly across the street, too.
