Derek Peterson is an amazing realtor to guide you through selling (and I’m guessing buying) a house. Derek is amazing! I’ve bought two houses from him in Austin. My first house was multiple offers at the height of the market, and he helped my offer get accepted, even though I wasn’t offering the top price. My new home he sent me while I was looking at two more expensive options. Derek really takes the time to understand his clients and he knew I’d love this place! I’m so happy here, and he and his team made a stressful process easy twice over now! I’ll never use anyone else.
We had the wonderful pleasure of both buying and selling a home with Derek Peterson. He made the process an enjoyable one! While home buying and selling has its stressors, he was always accessible and efficient and if he didn't know the answer to a question he knew someone who did!
