I've had the pleasure of working with Tanya Werner and Derek Peterson on a recent closing. It was a great experience from start to finish. Derek is amazing! I’ve bought two houses from him in Austin. My first house was multiple offers at the height of the market, and he helped my offer get accepted, even though I wasn’t offering the top price. My new home he sent me while I was looking at two more expensive options. Derek really takes the time to understand his clients and he knew I’d love this place! I’m so happy here, and he and his team made a stressful process easy twice over now! I’ll never use anyone else.
We had the wonderful pleasure of both buying and selling a home with Derek Peterson. He made the process an enjoyable one! While home buying and selling has its stressors, he was always accessible and efficient and if he didn't know the answer to a question he knew someone who did! He has an amazing lender and works with a great group of people. We would definitely contact Derek and his group again for any home buying & selling needs. If anyone knows the Austin housing market, its this guy!
David Canning, our compass agent, was really great. He first showed us a bunch of rental places through video chat, when we were in Brooklyn but had an impending move to Austin coming up. We landed in a great house and even loved the neighborhood (which David had recommended) so much that we looked to buy there next year.
