I've never been more impressed with an apartment management or complex. My husband and I moved in close to a year ago and have had a great experience. We did a great deal of research before choosing an apartment and found that for the square footage, this complex offered the most space for the best price, and the nicest interiors. We've submitted a few maintenance requests while here (for lightbulbs and once for air vent cleaning). The maintenance team responded within a couple hours each time! They don’t have any kids playgrounds. Their “parks” are patches of grass and when i moved out they charged me for a new stove when the stove worked fine & $2500 “reletting” fee. Don’t live here cause they’re going to screw you if you leave.
With the heavy heart, we are moving out from this place. If we were not moving to our own house we would have never left this great community.. simply the best apartment facility... friendly neighbours, very friendly staff... once or twice a month get togethers organized by the staff for the residents to share love, happiness and celebrate holidays simply made us feel more comfortable and welcoming... These apartments are amazing, the office management staff consistent and extremely helpful...quiet, clean, all upgraded with granite countertops, ceiling fans, alarm systems and tile..it is no wonder they are consistently full. I've been monitoring vacancies for the past few months and they typically only have 4-5 units available (but, they go quickly). If you are looking and there happens to be an available unit, you should reserve it immediately. I moved from an Ovation managed property and will never, ever rent from them ... read more
