RecommendedI've been here at the veridian for 2 years now. I've renewed my lease twice. Alejandro, Adrianna,and taylor are extremely nice and helpful in the front office. Two things to watch out for is the dog feces all around. After multiple warnings from the front office people still don't pick up after their pets. Also when it rains it floods the walk ways. you will need rain boots to walk by. other than that it is a very nice and quiet property. this is amanda peters btw lol.
I highly recommend living here. We have returned after being flooded out when Harvey Hit. They are super nice about moving after the flood and when returning. The office staff is always willing to help whenever needed and the maintenance is very fast at replying to request. Taylor has been an amazing help with every thing and always willing just to learn more about you as a person and not just someone living at the apartments. I highly recommend checking out the apartments because you will not be disappointed at all.
Veridian staff are very nice. They listen to your concerns and help you work through them. Maintenance is very quick to respond. They were extremely considerate to residents who were affected by Harvey, including helping locate other apartments, collecting clothing and other items, and leaving leasing contracts. They occasionally have activities like cook outs and outdoor movies.
OMG just an awesome place Taylor & Alejandro and Mrs Sanchez are wonderful they always try to help no matter what!
I really enjoy living here. The office staff is nice, and maintenance request get filled in a timely manner. The only real problem that I have had is trying to find parking after 11 p.m., and the large pool of water in the parking lot after a heavy rain. Other than that the place is great. 4 out of 5 stars.

Great place to live and shop. Peacefull, plenty of pools and the office agents are Awesome!! Plus this is only apartment complex that gave flowers to the residents on Valentine's. Not sure it will happen every year but that was very Nice of them!!!👍👍
