just now This place has gone down hill big time from when we first moved in. We lived here for 2 years in 2 different apartment buildings as our family grew from 2, to the 3 of us. When we moved into our 2 room 2 bath we had so many issues. I've lived here since the beginning of November, and the staff, especially Tayler and Alejandro, were very helpful with the whole process and made it super easy! So easy in fact, the day I came to look at the apartments, I signed a lease a got the perfect apartment! they are very patient and understanding when personal issues arise. complex is well maintained, the staff is attentive and hard-working. i and no insects.
I've lived here 3 months now and I have never lived in a place so well maintained. The office staff are all incredibly nice and helpful. I have plenty of space in my 1 bedroom apartment. The fireplace is super nice. And there are 4 pools to choose from come summer. It's in an ideal location and I got a great deal to move in. I definitely recommend moving here.
the washer & dryer inside the apartment, makes things so much easier. the staff is always friendly & very attentive to the needs of the residents. dog friendly community. grounds are always kept up. it's quite at night, residents are very respectful. it's an awesome place to live. -m.r.-
I've been in my apartment going on two months now and I love it. I moved to Texas from Atlanta. I did a blind lease, not really knowing what I was going to get. I trust Alejandro; one of the office staff, and he took care of me. Not only is my apartment completely newly-renovated but it completely exceeded my expectations. The staff here is amazing, very friendly and helpful. They are prompt with work orders and responsive to concerns. The property is kept clean and secure. Management also holds frequent evenyts and also keep tenants up to date on on prpoerty matters thru emails. Well I'm very satisfied in the 3 months I've been here. Oh also the A/C units are new amongst appliances therefore very energy efficient.
