I did personal training with Mighty (Michael) for over two years. I lost 70lbs with him, toned up my body, and I gained a lot of knowledge about health and fitness. Mighty is super caring and puts 100% of his energy into helping you meet your goals. Also, ever since starting personal training I have also been getting massages from Kristina. I have not found anyone that can do the job better then her. An added plus is her pricing is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend these two to anyone.
Amazing customer service to start. Personable. Reliable. Kristina sincerely cares for my well being. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my massages.
