Love this place!! Both Kristina and Michael are fabulous instructors. They’re both incredibly personable and knowledgeable. The classes are challenging but attainable. A great mix! Definitely recommend stopping by and trying a class!

I absolutely love Verde! This place is awesome full of energetic, friendly and encouraging trainers/massage therapists. I’ve already had a massage with Kristina and she has MAGIC hands. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever gotten! If you want results, want to be fit, be around amazing people, come to Verde!
Do not go to LA Fitness or Planet Fitness. Verde is the place to go for a workout, massage and more. Owners are the best!
