Kristina is an excellent massage therapist and the absolute best yoga teacher! She is warm, open, vivacious and truly cares for her clients �
I have received several massages with Kristina and she is great! I do lash extensions for work and have a lot of pain in my arms, back and neck. She is always able to make me feel better! I will definitely be making monthly massages part of my personal care :-)

I was referred by a friend to get massages from Kristina. My back and neck really hurt after a long work week and I really look forward to my massage on the weekend. Very accommodating to your schedule, friendly, and client focused.
I have gotten a few massages from Kristina for my herniated disc, and she does a fantastic job. I have seen a number of different massage therapists over the years and she may be the best I've had so far. I also just started doing weekly training with Michael to supplement my regular gym activity and he has given me a number of tools that I can apply to my own workouts. I highly recommend them both!
