Very competitive pricing for superior services! Owners Christina and Mighty are very involved in the community are really care about the well-being of their neighbors, staff, and clients.

Verde is a wonderful addition to the greater Newcastle Community. Kristina and Michael have created a friendly space for health and wellness. There is everything from gentle yoga to more vigorous styles, and their boot camps are challenging without being intimidating. I’m so happy to support this small business with a big heart.
