Fantastic energy provider!!! I had had Verde as my energy provider for about 10 years now and have had no issues! I would highly recommend them!
Very good customer service.
The initial start up is fine and the fees were great…until your plan needs renewed. The fees are more than double. The customer service is very poor. Especially with Ivan ID# 11090. Asked him to cancel my plan and he RENEW IT WITHOUT PERMISSION for 3 months! Would not recommend.
Verde Energy was easy to talk to on the phone and getting confirmed was very quick. They were very helpful in answering my questions.
just a few months in and so far so good. got a competitive rate locked in for the length of the contract that was less than pp&l's current 'rate to compare'.
