I guess they don't want my business anymore
Called in today as I noticed my rate was four times the price to compare from People's Natural Gas. Was told this was because my fixed rate ended. But they seriously think it's ok to jump it to 10.99 when the going price 2.59?! Customer service said there's nothing they can do and that they sent letters to notify me.
Wonderful to work with, great price, and amazing rewards.
Kind of cool to get free rewards points.
Got linked with Verde through energy service Arbor, way better rate than the previous green energy company I had. No complaints!
