I came with my 9 year old daughter. They were so over the top kind to her snd made her feel comfortable. From the host to the nail tech, Nikki was the tech i dont know the hosts name but he was wonderful! And again, very kind to myself amd my sweet daughter. We both got full sets, (yes I know she is young, she is straight A student, empathetic, she's in theater and just a great kid). For the experience, I would give 5 stars.
