Stay away!! Worst company ever. For a "new" home we had 42 pages of issues with a home inspection. For what they charge vs what you get it is not worth it. Way too many issues, and they do not care to fix any issues. Management is terrible and do not respond to messages or answer any questions. Go with any other builder.

Very poor experience with this builder. Lots of things wrong with the brand new construction. I’ve had a plumber to my house 4x already in less than 6 months. They have to tear apart my floor to fix broken pipes. Definitely would not recommend buying here. Go with ANY other builder.

Be careful have been hearing nightmares about this builder. Forces homeowners to close when homes are not complete but have a CO. Also does not install irrigation meters in neighborhoods causing $700-800 water bills. Do your research they give builders a bad name.
