Really like it The community is very large and friendly they're always upgrading around the community a great place to get ready for a house in the future!!

Horrible If you want to deal with an apartment that was NEVER turned over. Copious amounts of pet hair from the previous tenant painted over. Oven door broke, food spilled in the pantry, microwave not cleaned. In the summer months hope your AC doesn’t stop working cause they won’t come and fix it for several days.

Wonderful place a few minutes away from Downtown It’s truly a great place to live in from the budget/quality perspective. My apartment has a cute view of downtown and even though it’s central I don’t hear any noice, just birds outside the window. Everyone in the management office is super nice, there are community events, packages securely delivered, gym is small but clean and enjoyable, rooftop is very cute and pools are nice. I’d recommend it especially for the newbies like me who just moved to Austin and are on budget.

Mold & Roaches The location is beautiful, but the leasing office is a nightmare. I had a significant number of roaches. I also had mold growing on my vents which both the leasing office and their third-party provider allegedly certified by the state (Ally TurnKey) repeatedly denied even after I submitted third party reports certified by an accredited lab proving there was mold present on and in the vents blowing all over my bedroom. Very great Complex I have been living here since June of last year, I can say that I am very impressed with the people in the office and the property itself. They keep the area nice and clean, the pool is beautiful, and if you have dogs their dog park is very spacious. So far I have had no issues, and I definitely would recommend living here.

Inaccurate price listing They listed an available unit at a certain price, and then overnight (and after I expressed interest in that unit and already scheduled a tour) they raised the price of that unit nearly $1000. When I called for clarification, they maintained that this had always been the price of the unit, despite my having screenshots to prove otherwise. Would not trust this management company if this is how they engage with potential tenants.

Avoid avoid avoid I lived in this apartment for years and saw 10+ people go through the front office staff. The maintenance here is great, but other than that, the rest of the staff is horrible and incompetent. Save yourself the thousands of dollars you would waste here and do no live here!!! They incentivize people with good reviews so be very careful when looking. I would absolutely choose somewhere else if you are searching for a new home in the area.
