Trash all over the main entrance.
Absolutely horrible. Do not move here. Corey is the only person that helps but she can only do so much. Management is very unprofessional. We went 4 months with a broken A/C in 100 degree weather. Never received our security deposit back, no explanation, phone call or email. They NEVER pick up the phone. I’ve stood in the office while they watch the phone ring. Moved into a 1 bedroom apartment in early July 2021. I was told I could upgrade to a bigger apartment when it became available. After moving in I conducted an inspection/walk through, and submitted a 1 pager of things that needed repair in the apartment. The main thing was the black mold on the closet walls. The repairs was completed in late July. When the bigger apartment became available in late September I inquired.
