RecommendedLevel at 401 is a great place to live! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The amenities are also wonderful! Every once in a while a food truck stops by and the food never disappoints. At the end of the day, you can tell that the staff really cares about its residents and the property. Highly recommend Level at 401 to anyone looking for an apartment!
Terrible place!! Don’t come here!!! Rent is way too high for the quality you do not receive.
RecommendedI have been living here for the past year and really enjoy it. The staff is amazing! They have always done everything their power to help out their residents. Yes, people have complaints but don't do anything about it. It is apartment living and some people suck but I have no complaints of my neighbors and the staff. I recommend living here to anyone that is interested.

RecommendedI have lived in Parc at 980 for the past two years and I love it. The associates in the front office are very helpful and do their best to help assist you with any issue. Also they throw good parties. The grounds are always kept clean in their apartments are very well kept. I always recommend this place to live to my friends.

RecommendedThe Verandas at Shavano are very welcoming! Floor plans are perfect for all needs. The staff is very professional and have your best interest at heart. Love the pool and dog park but most of all the community celebrations put on by the staff! Conveniently located to 1604 and minutes from downtown!
