i would not recommend this place at all.first they gave me unclean,dirty,falling apart apt when we moved in! lights was broken,kitchen doors was in horrible shape,so was shower,toilet was fithly,pee on floor from previous owner,plus hair and much more.it took them 4 weeks to fix some stuff.after 4 week we finally could start cook.and than german rouches start to come out.even we complain,they send us pets control only 3 times and they are rude when you keep calling them to complain abt rouches.rude is manager who lied to my ... read more

getting to expensive for the lack of care they show to the grounds and building. they dont replace anything they repair.
The elevator is down 3 times a week and we are afraid to get stuck in it.... that’s just 1 of the 75426688653245 issues living here
These are definitely apartments I would AVOID! The buildings are falling apart and whenever there is a maintenance issue they come in and put a band-aid on it. I had to have the HVAC system worked on approx. 6 -7 times since moving in. On a couple occasions the AC stopped working. The other times I had RUSTY water dripping from the ceiling on me in the shower. It took maintenance 4 different attempts to fix the issue. Needs more competent maitanance and management. Not on top of things like they should be. It is hard to get things fixed and maintained right. Rent is really expensive for what you get. 2 bed/2 bath apartment is 1300.00 monthly. Water is flat rate. There is more details that I will add as I get time.
RecommendedWe have lived here for about 2 years now. The front staff is very helpful, the maintenance staff responds quickly and is very kind, and we are satisfied overall with our experience. In particular, Debra and Jennifer in the front office were very helpful when we had a difficult neighbor situation. Even though the situation went on for some time, they did their best to help resolve it. We appreciate their patience, availability, efficient communication, understanding, and their kindness.
The Noise level is out of control if you are unfortunate enough to be on the first floor and have someone who doesn't know how to walk properly moved into the apartment above you. They couldn't have picked a worse tenant to put on the second floor above me. The noise insulation is TERRIBLE in these apartments, especially between floors. I have to run my white noise machine nearly every hour I am in my apartment to avoid going batshit crazy with all of the stomping from above. These apartments are 35 years old.
