Honestly, I really do love living here. Coming from a single family home to an apt I was pretty skeptical but the transfer has proved to not being that bad here. Emily has been awesome at always being able to answer questions that I’ve had about anything and even stopping and having a conversation every once and while is nice. My dog has come accustomed to playing with other dogs and enjoy conversations with my neighbors at the dog park. I’ve been here for almost a month and I like everything about the apartments, emily is great. it’s so peaceful out here and in a good location, also the apartments are nice with some good deals and my favorite thing is that the washer and dryer and outside. The only thing that I wish was different was for the residents to pick up after their pets, but I know that the apartament hasn’t sent out several things for that issue.
The new HEB makes this place the perfect location. My review is based on the actual apartment complex and what can be controlled by the management staff. Apartments are clean and updated. The new granite makes a difference. Amenities are outstanding and the pool is always clean. When work orders are put in they are taken care of ASAP. The office Staff and maintenance guys are friendly and willing to help out when ever asked. Most of the problems are based on the loud tenants not picking up after themselves or their pets.
