I had lived here for 4 years without a complaint (on my behalf or theirs)...great location, great school, great floor plans...and then...new ownership took over and thus new management. Unbeknownst to many in the apartment community, they implemented a new rule that if you are late w/ your rent more than 2 times in a year they will not renew your lease.
