Still waiting on a return call about my vehicle. It has been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard a thing. They make it sound sweet to get you out of the door. Poor follow through. This isn’t my first incident with Vera. I only return because they are the closest Cadillac dealership to my home. This may be my last straw.
I have no problem with taking my car to Vera Cadillac. My service advisor name Karen is the best. She knows her job and do it well! When I make appointments my rental car will be waiting on me. I love Vera the place is clean the people are friendly.

I’ve purchased several cars over the last three years from here and their attentiveness and professionalism are evident in all their work. Just had radiator replaced in older 2011. The parts arrived on time and work was performed as per estimate. Body shop is currently doing Rhino Liner to one of my vehicles in a non-standard color and it is looking incredible! Great work by Dan McKenzie and his crew!
