‼️ I should have read the reviews before I came here ‼️ When I arrive Vera it's not there but her coworker is and practically refusing to start twist on my hair . Tries to convince me to get another hairstyle that's more convenient and comfortable for her not sure why . Then Vera arrives 1hr late and also wants me to get braids instead of twist and mumbles something about my hair texture and my hair being long . By far one of the worst experiences!!! Not a lot of Braider’s have experience with doing twist or photos of their work but Vera’s did and I was willing to give them a chance even though the photos did not show good quality braid work. First off she quoted me $220 for spring/mini twist and I made an appointment for 10am per her request. I did think the price was ridiculous for medium shoulder length twist but everyone is over charging nowadays. Update: It's been a little over a year since I last went to Vera Hair Braiding. I still received the most professional services and good advice for caring for my hair. Excellent professional services. The stylists are very knowledgeable about protective hairstyles and care about the health of your hair and scalp.
Honestly probably the worst hair experience I've ever had. I guess she wasn't excited to braid today because from start to finish she complained the entire time. I asked for small mid back length knotless. I brought in 32 inch hair after looking for the recommended length of mid back and having a hair length issue last time i was here. I brought it in then she refused to use the length of hair i brought because it was "too much work" to feed it into the hair.
