I have been a patron to this nail salon for over a year now and unfortunately I will not be returning. I was charged more than usual and my nails hurt and cuticles after I was done. Their prices are not very forthcoming. I’m so disappointed.
Went with my daughter for a mani pedi. Even with no wait to took almost 3 hours and after we left I noticed my young daughter’s nails were done very poorly. We went home and I had to fix them for her after spending $75, that is ridiculous. Too expensive for this type of experience. Update: not even 48 hours afterwards, cracks have shown up all over my nails and they started chipping. I very disappointed in the service at this salon.
Never been to this salon before and it's right down the street from me... wish I knew sooner. I had the best pedicure, ever in West Knoxville. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. She was so sweet and listened to how I wanted my nails cut and filed a certain way and she did exactly that! She must have massaged my feet, toes, legs and knees for 10+ mins each! I've never had a pedicure with a massage like that before! She was awesome! And I love my toes for once... lol!
I have tried many nail salons in Knoxville, but I keep coming back to Venus. They always do a good job, the facility is always clean, and the tools are always properly maintained and sterilized. I usually go during the week and have no trouble just walking in; they always try to seat you right away, even though they don't have a large staff.
