Alexandra was great for assistance deciding on jewelry but as the store became busy I found the other associates less respectful to my shopping experience they pushed themselves in the way of the counter I was browsing then things became obstrusive and distracting. nice product ( expensive) HORRIBLE customer service - Maria Tash should choose better staff and turn the store into a nice experience- instead it is AWFUL especially considering you pay 200 dollar for a plain single earring- RUDE STAFF!!
