I have lived at this complex since April of this year. There have been some minor maintenance issues I have had to deal with from time to time, but other than these instances the facility itself is ok. My problem is with the inept regional manager that runs it. Whoever first introduced Mindi Hill to the concept of customer service deserves to be drawn and quartered. Worst experience as a tenant for a "luxury" or any apartment thus far. Our apartment doesn't reach a temperature lower than 81 degrees Fahrenheit during the hottest part of the day even though the thermostat is set at 72 degrees. The foyer is 86 degrees Fahrenheit. The issue was reported three weeks ago. Only one trash bin for the entire apartment complex; unless it is overflowed. The work around is to bring two bins that are not within an enclosure. Love the management and the leasing agents! My wife and I love the location, quick access to literally everything in Sugar Land. I love the private garages, never had that at any other apartments we lived in. Yes, we did have some minor bumps in the road when we moved in, but the management and maintenance stepped up and took care of it. Only thing I would like is for the resident area with the pool table to be open a little later instead of closing with the leasing office and the gym to be 24 hours instead of closing at 11p... read more
