RecommendedThe staff can be so condescending. They talk to you as if they are yelling at you with an attitude, as if you have no education, esp when they think you are of the minority race. I have seen their intereactions with other residents, and its not the same!! Period. Good place to live in but pathetic staff. I dread calling the office number or talking to anybody in that office except the african american male, who is polite and not condescending. Ugh
Looking forward to moving in to My “New Home”. Don’t take all the bad reviews for what there worth cause I have looked at this place for a few months talk to the manager and looked at a few apartments on site and walked the property and drove through many times before I signed my lease. If you don’t rent here you will be sorry. This property is very beautiful and has a lot to offer.
Well serenaded environment. Home away from home. Will continual recommend it to friends. But the Cable TV station is very poor.
Super quiet community! Ideal location and friendly staff on the property. Tons of amenities to enjoy and the pool is amazing!!
From the time I walked through that door to view an apartment to my last signature on my lease I've been so happy. Very professional and courteous employees, very helpful and always on top of whatever I need. I seriously never thought I'd be living in an apartment home again, but the staff at The Venue has made it so welcoming for my girls and me. Thanks so much!
The Venue at Richmond appears to be a nice complex. The office staff however are rude and have no concept of customer service. We were told that temperatures of high 80's into the 90's inside our apartment was acceptable. The office staff told us they would determine what was a comfortable temperature inside our apartment. Never fixed the problem and only offered a portable unit to help with the stifling heat inside our apartment. Do not rent at this apartment complex unless you want problems.
DO NOT RENT HERE. The management is rude and lies. When we first viewed the apartment we were told that the unit was brand new and had never been lived in. A couple of days later, once we leased the apartment, we were receiving mail with the past tenant's name on it. We were also told that a $250 deposit would be refunded for our dog- but of course it was not. I have visited several properties over the past couple weeks and the staff here was so friendly. Crystal was very knowledgable and gave a great tour. On the other tours, it felt like I was bothering them and they constantly were on their phone. Crystal and the staff here were very welcoming.
