Ron has been such a big help! He’s friendly and is always pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. Ron is always available and we see him around the property first thing in the morning with a friendly smile. He’s a great asset to the property and we appreciate his help.
Ron has repaired or replaced several items in my place. He always sends me a text asking permission to enter my apartment prior to coming in and while in the apartments he is so amazingly nice to my dog. Ron also is very pleasant and friendly while working on the property, he really makes the complex feel like a community.
What an amazing complex! Great location….so walkable to everything! Office staff is top notch! Maintenance is knocking on your door 5 minutes after you enter a maintenance request! I have to give Ron a shout out. Excellent maintenance work -always goes above and beyond! (He saw me struggling with a big trash bag and took it to the dumpster for me! Really? Who does that anymore?). I am so glad I live here!!
The staff here was my deciding factor. Ask for Kara on your visit. It’s important to have someone help you who cares when choosing your next home. And now that I’ve met the maintenance staff as well.
