In my opinion, Valerie is the glue that holds this place together. Her professionalism and her customer service is definitely the best. I can at leats feel as if my problems will be taken care of with her. I appreciate her efforts.
Re: sunset village apartments in colton. New management is needed;They say that their office hours are until 6pm but 4 times I have called after 530pm and no one answers, the office is closed and Robert is always so rude and too busy to answer any questions about leasing. Don't waste your time or $ on this place. (Update) : on 4/15/2024 the same rude little guy found a way to get in touch with me only to harass me to take down this review and was a little aggressive about it...how does he still have a job!?
Re: 1 bedroom apt at 1319 Acacia Ave North, San Bernardino, CA. Letters have been sent, calls left with answering service because the toilet has been plugged with fecal matter for 2 weeks. I'm going to contact the BBB, Bureau of Real Estate @ this matter.
I have been here 3 1/2 years. I want to thank all the folks for being very professional and easy to work with. They give me the security and service I really need at 75 years of age!
