Awful place! Can’t even call to speak to someone when you call! Maintained takes weeks to come fix things. They give you an email “to get sent to the right person” with no response either! Laundry room from 8-8 but it’s rarely opened and when it does they lock it early and lock your clothes in for days!
was an hour late to our showing of the apartment, some of the units have working garages and some don't, she said "that's just how it is" 🤷♀️ explained to her our situation, she said it looked good and she'd get us an answer in 3 days, 7 days later we were denied. also keeping our 100 dollar application fees! don't waste your time, the apartments in yucca are busted and run down. look on zillow for nicer spots! ❤️
I am a local business owner and we provided a cleaning service for Venture Property Management. Now they refuse to pay for the service. Our employees spent 14 hours of labor deep cleaning ONE unit. Unit was in the absolute worst condition we have ever seen but agreed to take the job. Work has been completed but now they do not want to pay. In my opinion, Valerie is the glue that holds this place together. Her professionalism and her customer service is definitely the best. I can at leats feel as if my problems will be taken care of with her. I appreciate her efforts.
