This review is my dealing with the company not any work. I had a piece of tile and caulking needing replaced. Was told venture pools could do it and gave Herman a call. For 3 months I got the run around on they can do it but waiting for a time to come out to this neck of the woods (totally understandable). Never got a call or text. Please out of respect, just say, “no sir, we don’t service that area” or “no sir, your job we wouldn’t make money off of so we can’t do it” or a simple get screwed would have been okay. Knowledgeable and trustworthy..They were able to properly diagnose my issue, when other companies were taking guesses and unable to pinpoint the problem..

Man, they’re the worst! We inherited them as a pool cleaner when we moved. The service was mediocre and inconsistent at best. The pool was only properly cleaned maybe once very 3 or 4 visits. We canceled our service when we upgraded our pool equipment, but not with them, they wouldn’t return our inquiries about that work. And here’s the best part, 4 MONTHS AFTER WE CANCELED SERVICE THEY CALLED CLAIMING I OWED THEM OBER $800 BECAUSE THEY CLAIMED THEYD BEEN SERVICING US THAT WHOLE TIME.
