The technician arrived on the scheduled day and performed his service call - he rang the door to let me know he was in the yard and would be treating everything.

All of the personnel at Venture Pest Control with whom we have encountered were very polite, knowledgable, and professional.
Very happy with our service since switching to Venture Pest Control in the spring this year. We used to have a "small ant" problem prior to switching to Venture and haven't seen them for a while! They always call before service and arrive on time.
They called the day before to tell us they were coming. Service person rang door bell to tell us they were there. They always do a good job and are willing to attend to any concerns inside the home.
