We have been having a major bug issue since we moved in, and Venture Pest Control Charlotte has come out every time when requested to assist in the issue. Jeremy took the time to look at pictures of the bugs I've been seeing and was able to identify the spider that we've been having issues with. He sprayed all the areas I requested again and even treated the areas outside where he said the particular spiders typically reside. Has been great working with them thus far!
We have been customers for a few years now and have received good service-until recently. The last two quarterly visits were a bit disappointing. I was home for the 4Q visit and it was pouring down rain that day. The technician (young lady) asked if I wanted her to proceed with the service or reschedule. I asked her if the rain would hinder a successful service-she said no so I agreed to proceed. RJ was prompt, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. He provided great service! The office staff was also very prompt in providing quotes, responding to emails, and setting up appointments.

I always have a good experience with these folks. One time I called them back after treatment, and they sent someone to my house on a Saturday! Yesterday's visit was preceded 2 days earlier with a reminder email that someone would be here Thurs Sept 27. The guy that came out (Jay) did a full-service, exterior treatment.
