Good Morning! I would like to comment on the first treatment I received from your company today at my home at 712 Riding Crop court, Indian Trail, N.C. 28079. The technician you sent out, Edwin, was, by far the most professional person ever to come here. He did an outstanding job for me. I have had pest control in the past and it takes about 5 minutes and they have not done anything at all. All "pests" remain. Beware. Venture Pest Control is a spray and go type company. They have not kept their end of my contract. As a matter of fact, I had to pay another company to come and remedy an ant problem that they had treated for previously. That's a shame. Just like the attitude and never to have empathy or concern for a customer.

The technician who came asked if there was anything more he could do or any problem areas and I pointed out 2 fire ant mounds and he took care of them, Also had a question about recent charges and they answered right away in the office and explained the fees and schedule thoroughly.

I have a rather large problem with spiders and ants. Venture Pest Control came in and sprayed both inside and outside, remove all the spider webs externally and spot treated the areas in which the ants were coming in to the house. Professional, courteous, and I am happy to have them take care of my needs. Highly recommended

I am very happy with Venture Pest Control. They are very courteous and helpful on the phone and in person. The technician pointed out a wasp nest I hadn't yet noticed on my porch and took care of things. Also, when I explained that my new wood chips were infested, he happily took care of that too.
