Very satisfied with the services provided by Venture Pest Control. They completely eliminated our carpenter bee problem with one application. We really love their communication with voice mail message AND email reminders of upcoming appointments, as well as email stating completion of service. I have had venture pest control covering my home for a very long time now. While I was out of town I suspended my service knowing I had not had any problems with pests as soon as I returned I realized the mistake in my assumption. Its not that I dont have pesky pests its rather I have a great service that keeps the pests out of sight and out of mind. Venture pest control has been very helpful as we had a very bad ant problem when we moved into our home three years ago.. Venture made several extra trips out to our home to treat the problem until the issue was solved.

Today I had my first experience with the technician from Venture Pest-control. He was on time, professionally dressed and courteous. Easily answered all questions that I had. He knocked down cobwebs on windows and then the corners of the house by the chimney. Was efficient when treating the interior of the house and made an extra effort to come back in and put down some ant bait where we had a problem with some tiny black ants. Very pleased so far!
We had our first service and the technician was very thorough in spraying the outside of our home and knocking down all the spider webs in every nook and cranny of our windows and doors. I called the office to change our initial appt and I got an immediate response and they were able to accommodate my request.
