Pictures to go with review from today 5/24/25 for Ventilation Purification service received on 5/20/25. Cold air return vent was bent and damaged and just put back on. Insulation photo shows what was removed from ceiling vent and thrown away?? Other vents were not correctly installed after service.
I unfortunately prematurely wrote a review 2 days ago before I noticed several issues and dirt left behind for me to clean up!! I still can't grasp the concept that you "CAN'T" trust anyone. To make matters much worse I have already given a 5 star review before I started noticing dirt and vent not put back on properly!! I also noticed that one vent that we had added insulation to was simply thrown back on and the insulation I found in the garbage can??? I just experienced the GREATEST DAY EVER with Matt and Vince!! They were both so friendly and likeable from the time they stepped into my home today! This was the first time my husband and I got our furnace and air ducts cleaned. Matt took his time and they explained everything they were going to do and I honestly learned a lot!
