I have been a VENT member at the Niskyauna location for a few years and just signed up a few weeks ago for the Studio. As a new mom working full time with a long commute, I was looking for a workout that would kick my butt and was convenient with my schedule. The 12:30 classes are absolutely awesome! Half hour classes where you burn almost 400 calories, hop in the shower and get right back to work! Mike has been awesome and I can't wait to see the Studio grow!
I can't think of a better way to spend a Saturday morning. Love the staff, trainers and the work out. Worth the trip from Albany.
I went to the new Vent Studio in Saratoga and my experience was absolutely incredible! As soon as you walk in, it feels like you're checking in to a hotel/resort, everything was spotless. The staff was amazing, thank you Mike. The session was dope! I felt like I was getting a working in, but in a night club! The music and energy from your teammates gets you amped to keep pushing.
