Although they were not as dirty as I expected never having them done before, they took the time to explain everything and make sure we were comfortable with everything and went out of their way to make sure we got the most value for the money. Josh and Dylan-(first day) just left our home in Fulton, Illinois from cleaning our ducts, returns, housing unit, and dryer vent. Couldn't have asked for better guys. Friendly, polite, very informative and answered all our questions. The videos of before and after are crazy to see. years and years of build up (talking inches of dust, hair, and other items) to looking brand new, no lies. Truly recommend the company and if you get these 2 guys I know you will be satisfied. pricing is affordable and so worth it.
We just had our vents cleaned by Vent Pro. What a wonderful group that did our vents. They wore booties in our home and took the time to show us our vents before cleaning and after cleaning. Highly recommend the company.
