I got to say I called around for cleaning my air ducts and everyone seemed so high priced. That day I heard about vent pro on the radio and thought I’d give them a call. I called and the staff was one of the most polite and helpful on all my questions! I had vent pro clean the vents ,air ducts in my house today. I am 100 % satisfied with the work they did. Josh, Josh and Dillin, the guys from Vent pro were very professional and very curtious. We had our air ducts and dryer vents cleaned today by Vent Pro. The owner and two technicians arrived on time and put on cloth booties over their shoes before they entered the house. (very impressed already) The owner reviewed the scope of work to be done and explained how they would do it. We stayed out of their way and the work began. They used a camera to show us before and after views of the vent system. When they were finished our vents looked shiny and new. We would highly recommend this company.
The guys from VentPro came and cleaned my furnace and duct work. I can’t say enough good things about this company and their service. They went out of their way to do a professional job and explained the entire process to me. So impressed with Josh and his crew. Very nice, very polite and accommodating. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.
I had Vent Pro come and clean my dryer duct/vent yesterday. The staff was friendly, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. The woman who does the scheduling of appointments was very friendly as well. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs duct cleaning in the future!
I had a great experience with vent pro. They were very polite and courteous and educational. Up front about cost breakdown. I had several issues with my vents and thankfully they found one of my return vents had blown insulation stuck in it. They were able to take care of everything and even made sure they took the time to clean up afterwards. Glad this company is local and they actually care about their customers satisfaction.
