I had my first screening colonoscopy with Dr. Mohan. The whole process was smooth. From scheduling to receiving my prep kit to the procedure itself. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Dr. Mohan took more time than any other medical professional I have met with. He explained the reasoning behind my symptoms and helped calm my nerves about what could be going on. Excellent bedside manner. Looking forward to continuing my medical journey alongside him.
The virtual appointment went off without a hitch. Excellent way to have a meeting in a personal way. Got all my questions answered and a treatment plan and procedure scheduled.
The team was very professional and efficient. I got through my colonoscopy with as little discomfort as possible. Dr. Mohan had a great bedside manner and was very approachable. I would recommend him for any GI needs.
I hired Dr. Mohan to perform a colonoscopy. I told his scheduling people that I needed to be sure that he didn't hire or contract or allow anybody not covered by my insurance to work on me, as I didn't want any billing surprises. Since I'd be unconscious for the procedure, and since, for instance, I couldn't control what labs they used to examine samples or perform tests, it made sense that they make sure they hired people and labs that accepted my insurance. The doctor was good to explain to me about my problem and at the same time, comfort me to understanding how to cope up and fix it.
I have known Dr. Mohan for 18 years and he keeps me in great GI health. He has a quality in him you don't see in most doctors and a great personality that keeps you calm throughout the procedure. He makes getting a colonoscopy a breeze.
He was excellent at explaining and defining my operation. I would highly recommend
Not sure it is the doctor's fault, probably the overall healthcare system here. But it is the most un-efficient and disorganized clinic I have ever been to! Everything takes forever - scheduling a first time appointment - 3 months, scheduling followup - 2 months, scheduling in house simple test - a couple of weeks. Trying just to talk to the secretary to reach a scheduling desk - 40 minutes "on hold". Zero appreciation for other people time.
