I realize Dr Rapuri is excellent in his craft and runs behind for office visits. I am willing to wait to be seen by him.
Very thoughtful and considerate
This office is always quite the team! Soon after a very quick set of xrays (the ladies always are speedy), when Dr Rapuri's nurse, [...] was delayed in removing the surgical bandage the doctor himself came in and apologized and informed me that his PA, [...] would do the dressing change. [...] came mid-way thru and took over and shortly after the doctor returned and spent his usual high-quality time with me! Dr Rapuri's office is the best!
Great staff and Dr. Was very thorough. I waited for 55 minutes before being called back to see the Dr.
The doctor and staff were very courteous, informative, and professional.
Dr. Rapuri is an excellent physician. He is caring and very thorough with his communications. His staff seems well-trained and was very interested in assisting me overall. I would highly recommend this practice and provider to anyone needing orthopedic care.
