I'm about to have my fourth joint replacement from Dr. Rapuri. The hospital absolutely gushes with pride about how lucky they are to have landed him from the Mayo Clinic. He's pretty business-like, and an absolute stickler for procedures. But then, he doesn't want any adverse reactions for his patients either. His surgical nurse Samantha is the absolute best. As a new referral patient, my first impression of Dr. Rapuri was over an hour past my scheduled appointment, lack of respect and compassion, failure to properly introduce himself and his first words were: "What do you want me to do?" He's an excellent doctor. His office staff sucks, though. They can't seem to get test results, and they are SLOW returning calls.
Dr Rapuri did not one but both of my knee replacements and I can’t be more pleased. He has a great bedside manner and truly listens to your concerns. He tries to make sure and questions are answered and you are completely informed of all procedures!! I highly recommend him!
Dr. Rapuri is a meticulous and skilled joint replacement surgeon. He performed a reverse total shoulder replacement two weeks ago for me and I could not be more pleased. He has a wonderful bedside manner and is very interested in the care and well being of his patients.
I love Dr. Rapuri! He performed my double knee replacement in 2018. No complications, everyday just gets better and better! Walking without pain - what a concept!
Dr. Rapuri is an EXCELLENT surgeon. He is precise makes sure everything is done the way it should be. He’s very friendly as well. My knee surgery went well and I am 100% satisfied!
I called his office multiple times and left my phone number and a message. This went on for two days without a response from their office. I finally gave up after two days of calling them and found another doctor. This is very sad because he might actually be a good doctor, but his scheduling person is pathetic.
Dr Rapuri gave me back my life ! He did both of my total hip replacements. One in 2013 and the other in 2014. I would recommend him to any and all who need any joint replacements.
