Food is great. Service on the other hand could be better. Place was busy, but there were 4 girls on the floor and it took about 15 minutes for someone to get to us.

lunch . A small bowl of chili, hubby had a chicken sandwich and we shared calamari. $50.00 dollars later and it Was not good at all . :《
We chose the Whaler based on proximity to the beach. We never ended up going, but we got some good people watching in from the outside seating area. Burgers and fries all around for my table. The burgers were solid, as were the sliders. Decent selection of beers. Service wasn't outstanding, but better than what I was expecting for a beach-side bar. All in all, I would recommend and would make a return visit next time I'm in the area.
Great drinks and amazing DJ's on Wednedsay Nights. Awesome people and fun atmosphere. Monday afternoons quiet downstairs with an ocean breeze. Will definitely be back...lucky to be 5 minutes away.
