RecommendedI've lived here for almost a year now and occassionally work from home. While working from home, I use the tenant lounge and I consistently see Oscar, the maintenance technician, come and clean the lounge. He's incredibly friendly and helpful and always has a smile on his face. It can be lonely working from home but he's always there and happy to chat while he's doing a phenomenal job of keeping the place immaculate.
I've lived at the Avalon on Rose for over 2 years now and it has been an absolute pleasure. Building is in great shape, and the location is tip top. The one thing that separates Avalon on Rose from other places I've lived is the amazing Maintenance staff. Oscar and Julio are always working and taking care of the premises. And above all else, they are always a pleasure to interact with. Their responsiveness is also top notch. My last request (something minor) was attended to by Oscar and he was here and finished within hours ... read more
The Maintenance crew is amazing. They're supportive, nice and helpful.
Lived here 2 yrs. Pros: modern interior, best location, great maintenance, leed certified, front 3rd floor apts got great views. Cons: Avalon, big rent hikes, no amenities, price, courtyard apts suck
