Please avoid Venice Cove it's the worst place to possibly live they do not fix anything you can have a waterfall happening in your living room literally and they do not care they like to come into your apartment without permission whether your home getting dressed or you're not here maintenance does not take care of anything you ask them to your AC could be freezing over they don't care they just want you to pay the rent they charge you for cable but they do not give it to you hell they don't even want to give you your lease... read more
This are the Nasty people I ever come across in life my car got towed three times where I pay my rent of $ 1,203 a month never been late but they treat there tenant like shit after u get in think before considering to move over there they are not nice people here and when u live somewhere and park your car and wake up and there it is West Way got your car and $150 to get it out of tow n OK w u do the math of three times your car got towed for stupid reason I pray for these people over here it's sad when our own people do us ... read more
