I've lived at Venice Cove Apartments going on 7 years. When I first moved there, it was really quiet and the staff was great and issues were being address in a timely manner. Rent went up which is expected since COVID. My issues right now are rent continues to go up and nothing new to the apartments have been done or added to make it a better place to live.
