Ignorant customer service personnel that answer the phone very disappointing and the phone system is not user friendly.
I experienced terrible service from Robert Demaio. He abruptly hung up on me without allowing me to explain the problem. I have purchased numerous parts from this company, but his disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. This leads me to question my future business with your company.
Horrible service you don't hang up on customers.if u don't like working with the public then get out!!!!
